EQUIPMENT
Guardian Elite Medical Services equips every ALS and Critical Care ambulance with Stryker LifePak 15 cardiac monitors, ensuring our providers have the tools needed to rapidly assess and treat patients in the field. The LifePak 15 is the industry standard in prehospital cardiac care, capable of advanced ECG interpretation, continuous cardiac and vital-sign monitoring, synchronized cardioversion, pacing, and defibrillation.
These monitors allow our crews to identify life-threatening conditions such as STEMI, arrhythmias, and respiratory compromise quickly and accurately—whether on a street corner, at a special event, or during long-distance transport. With Bluetooth data transfer, integrated CO2 monitoring, and AED functionality, the LifePak 15 supports seamless care from first contact to hospital handoff.

Guardian Elite Medical Services is committed to providing the safest and most comfortable transport experience for our patients and crews. That’s why our ambulances are equipped with Stryker Power Gurneys, the industry-leading standard in powered patient support systems. These gurneys allow secure lifting, lowering, and movement with reduced strain and greater control—improving patient safety while protecting the health of our EMS providers.
In addition to power gurneys, select units in our fleet feature Stryker Auto-Loader technology, which mechanically loads and unloads the stretcher into the ambulance. This reduces manual lifting, enhances stability, and minimizes the risk of injury for both crew and patient.

Guardian Elite Medical Services operates a diverse fleet of Type I, Type II, and Type III ambulances designed to meet every level of patient need across Southern Nevada.
