Within Nevada, Guardian Elite Medical Services has become a trusted partner in wildfire operations. Through Emergency Equipment Rental Agreements (EERAs), our ambulances and medical teams have responded to dozens of wildfires, providing medical standby for fire crews, rehab support, patient assessments, treatment, and emergency transport in remote locations. Nevada’s terrain demands EMS providers who are comfortable working in rugged, smoky, and rapidly changing conditions—environments our teams excel in.

Guardian Elite has also supported unique, high-profile deployments requiring extensive preparation and coordination. We served as the primary private ambulance provider during the Storm Area 51 event, where tens of thousands of visitors converged on remote Nevada communities with minimal infrastructure. Additionally, during the COVID-period Burning Man year, Guardian Elite was contracted as the on-site ambulance provider, delivering medical coverage to participants and support personnel at one of the most challenging temporary environments in the world. These specialty deployments demonstrate our capacity to manage mass gatherings, unpredictable medical volumes, and joint operations alongside federal, state, and local agencies.
