Guardian Elite Medical Services utilizes ImageTrend as its Electronic Patient Care Reporting (ePCR) platform. Authorized facility representatives may request access to the ImageTrend system to securely download patient care reports for individuals transported to their facility. Guardian Elite Medical Services also participates in the Clark County ESO and ImageTrend data exchange networks to support continuity of care and information sharing.
Facility representatives requesting access must complete the form below using their official work email address. Personal email accounts, including but not limited to Gmail, Yahoo, and iCloud, will not be accepted for access requests.
